Kathy is our President. She is disabled and has to use a wheel chair but she still loves to volunteer her time especially in the park taking care of the plants getting trees planted and watered.

she has also just been elected Secretary of the Presidents Alliance of Polk County.There all of the Community Presidents try to think of better ways to help communities to come together

Our Programs

Sargeant Shea and Deputy Rawson are collecting old cell phones and used ink cartridges to trade for money to support the childrens programs. Please bring or send any old or just used cell phones or ink cartridges to the Polk County Sheriffs Department at 3635 Ave. G N. W. Winter Haven Florida 33881

Each month we try to have a special speaker which is an asset in our community.

We are currently passing out flyers for Crime Stoppers,which will impact all of the community

Please call in any tips to stamp out crime in our community

FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER WE ALWAYS HAVE A GET TOGETHER AND HAVE FOOD AND FUN.THIS DEC. WE ARE HAVING OUR PARTY ON DEC. 18TH.OUR PRESIDENT HAS HAD SOME LOCALS ADOPT SOME FAMILIES FOR CHRISTMAS AND SHE HAS ADOPTED SOME CHILDREN FROM GARNER ELEMENTRY, SO SANTA AND MRS. SANTA WILL BE THERE FOR THE KIDS THAT HAVE BEEN INVITED.

INWOOD COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS PARTY WILL BE ON DEC.18th FROM 5:30PM TIL 7:30 PM AT THE POLK CO. SHERIFF'S DEPT ON AVE. G N W
