a neighbor that has a nasty looking yard.Help us keep our property clean
FARM ANIMALS---Any cage,pen,stable,barn or feeding and watering troughs must be 25
feetf rom the property line.The smell must be controlled because we will call the state to come out.There is
nothing worse than opening a window and smell pigs and chickens ????? in the air.Please be considerate
OVERGROWN PROPERTY----A LOT IS CONSIDERED OVERGROWN WHEN IT IS 18INCHES OR
HIGHER.THIS CREATES RODENTS,SNAKES AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT PEOPLE WILL SIT IN WEEDS AND DO DRUGS.
DISTRESSED VEHICLES-----you are only allowed one vehicle on your property and
it must be in an area with a 6ft privacy fence.If more than that start selling them.
BUILDING PERMITS----Reguardless of what you are putting up,there are rules
for doing it.Call codes and ask before you start.You will mostly need a permit. The number is 534-6091
SWIMMING POOLS---any pools that hold 24" of water or more ,is required
to have a permit and a barrier.An above ground pool 4 ft pool with a removable ladder is not required to be enclosed with
a fence,however if a hole is dug and the pool is put a foot into the ground,becomes an in-ground pool and must have a fence
around it
JUNK----JUNK IS A BIG PROBLEM
Keep you junk behind an enclosed area.No one wants to look at it but you.Be fair to your neighbors.
